2019
Late 2018 marked the Initiation of the Pushstart community on Facebook- A small community with the purpose of startup idea discussion.
Through 2019 as more and more entrepreneurs became associated with Pushstart, various problems they faced in their journeys came to light. As a step to solve these problems, the Pushstart community diversified and started initiatives for Problem-solving, Product launches, Ask me anything sessions, and more!
2020
Even after the diversification, one fundamental problem remained unsolved- Networking and referrals!
Building relationships and sharing referrals requires trust. We made new city-based communities for established entrepreneurs to bridge this trust gap. Any entrepreneur that wished to become a part of these curated communities had to go through a 10+ parameter profile vetting. And with the trust of a curated network, the referral requests and their resolutions started pouring in.
Later in the year a couple of interest based communities like Crypto, Cooking, Gaming etc. were also launched for this curated audience.
2021
Every community needs to monetize to sustain and grow!
After experimenting with various ways of monetization, on our hunt for a sustainable business model- we launched the Pushstart Partner model.We wanted to monetize the actions our community members took regularly- one of them was seeking referrals for various service providers (professional services). With the Pushstart partner model, we curated a supply of some pre-vetted service providers whom we can trust and vouch for. We supply the community leads to suppliers for a small fee and provide end-to-end support to community members and service providers throughout their engagement.
Now in 2022, we are working on developing our community Platform for Pushstart.
